SERVICE

The subject of the contract is the workshop program provided by Micasa Academy within the scope of early childhood education. Before registering, we kindly ask you to gather information about the workshop content from our website and the authorized representative of the institution.

REGISTRATION and PAYMENT

Payment details are as follows:

- The program fee, including VAT, for  Summer School 2 weeks is ₺20,000.00.

- Program fee payments are collected via credit card through the payment platform.

- We will send an email confirming the payment and registration. If you do not receive this notification, it means that the payment has not been processed. Please check your email after the transaction.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For distance contracts related to service presentation, there is a 14-day withdrawal period. This period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it must be clearly and explicitly communicated to Micasa Academy via the email address or phone number specified in the contract. This notification must be made at least 5 business days before the start of the Summer School program. The Buyer acknowledges and undertakes in advance the 5 business days notification period for the establishment and removal of the Summer School organization.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is made for disputes arising from this agreement within the monetary limits.
